I am trying to ring a Virgin mobile (which is in my contacts and I have phoned before).
I get a message to say this number is unreachable on Sky network🤷♂️

Mine is not receiving calls either saying phone number is no longer recognised. This is not the first time this has happened!

For some reason when people try to call me it says I'm engaged / busy, however I'm not using the phone at all. My phone is 2 yrs old and is an Iphone SE. I have checked the settings and Do Not Disturb has not been activated. I have removed the SIM and left it for 5 minutes before reinserting it. I don't know what else to try. Someone on a different community network had a similar problem and it turned out to the carrier and not a fault on the phone. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

yes still issues here. I am a new customet and have had 2 outages in so many weeks so its a real poor service

How long is the issue going to last I have had issues for months on and off with being unable to use our phones? We are a family of 6 and every member is with you as I am. We are not happy paying for a service we cannot use??! Looking forward to a swift reply. Thank you
