Can anyone help me understand why I can only make Sky to Sky calls please? Any other network trying to call me gets a this number is not recognised

I have an iPhone 13 and I can make calls to other people, but since this morning no one can get through to me. I can make calls but when someone tries to call me it goes to voicemail with the response, "The person you are trying to call is currently unable to accept calls, please try again later". I've tried resetting my network settings etc. and nothing seems to work. Pls help! Thank you 😊

There is an issue which Sky are aware of and they are trying to fix it asap. Keep your eye on the post currently marked as the answer which will be edited with any significant updates.

It's now 13.55 and apparently anyone trying to call me is getting an engaged tone. I run my own business and losing work because customers can't even leave a message!

My mobile phone will not accept incoming calls. It says it's not possible to connect phone or is a dead line.

Any calls from land lines or non-Sky mobiles cannot be received by my Sky Mobile iPhone 12 (iOS 16.5)
I have tried the following suggestions but none have worked. The fact that Sky to SKy works but other networks and landlaines doesn't suggest it is a Sky problem?
REMOVE AND REINSTALL THE SIM CARD
TURN ON/OFF AIRPLANE MODE
TURN OFF DO NOT DISTURB
CHECK BLOCKED NUMBERS
DISABLE SILENCE UNKNOWN CALLERS
DISABLE DO NOT DISTURB WHILE DRIVING
RESET NETWORK SETTINGS
RESET ALL SETTINGS
UPDATE IPHONE
Any help appreciated

I have not been able to recieve any voice calls today. Any calls are met with the message "This number is not recognised". I'm now messaging my customers so I can call them back. 😕 There was an iphone update last night and I've gone through the handset help and advice

Can the Sky employee post and update please as the service checker says the issue is resolved but I still cant receive calls.... and seems like lots of others cant either.
