I have just discovered that my phone is not allowing incoming phone calls for some reason. when the number is dialled it states "the number you have dialled is not in service" i tried to do an update however this isnt working either. I can make calls, texts and see my emails and i have signal. Anyone any ideas as i need this phone for work purpose asap

Have new Samsung s23 ultra. It won't accept calls from private numbers.

I have checked the settings which are not showing them as blocked?

Is this still an issue? I cannot receive calls, but I can make outgoing calls, send and receive texts and WhatsApps. Very frustrating if someone is trying to get hold of me.

Hi

Been with sky mobile a while but today it's become apparent that I can't receive incoming calls, not really sure when it started. No problem with any other facility.

I have tried resending the settings.

any ideas?

Went away to be repaired, came back with no service and I have spoken to endless people at sky and still says the same thing😡
