Can't link my order to my sky ID
I'm having sky installed tomorrow and have been trying to set up my sky ID so that I can track my order. The trouble is though, when I go to set it up, it is picking up the old account that I had 6 years ago (we are returning customers) so states that I don't have any orders. Does anyone know if there is a way that I can rectify this?

Re: Can't link my order to my sky ID
@Mands102 If you left Sky and are rejoining after more than 12 months away your old account would have been closed and a new one created
If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first
You can do this yourself via this link
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details#M1014
Once done your free to create a new sky id using the same email address here

Has it linked to your old account or is it asking you to link it to it ?
