Can’t connect my Sky Q to my Vodafone Mobile WiFi which is located in my caravan.

I have Sky Q at home and I enjoy it so much I installed it into my holiday lodge / static caravan. There are 52 mobile homes on site and we are all sharing a community WiFi system, which comes and goes and does not work for download or catch up which is one of the enjoyable things about Sky Q. I have since signed up to Vodafone Mobile Wifi and from settings the Sky Q picks it up, the signal from the mobile box is showing strong but when I try to connect using my given password from the box Sky Q tells me it is the wrong password and to recheck and confirm. I have tried this several times now with no luck. Any suggestions please as I really do enjoy and miss my Sky Q every weekend I am away from home. Thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Bobbysgirl  Is this on a seperate account, or are you moving the Q box to the Mobile Home?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi

It is a second Sky Q account we signed up to specifically for our caravan.
