Hi. I can access and download other apps on my ipad but I can't access my Sky Go app to watch tv on it. I have an 'update' message. I've tried to log in with my Apple ID as with other apps and it says my email or password are wrong. I've tried updating them twice and it still won't accept them. Any suggestions? Thanks

Yes that's right. I've done the 'forgotten password' and changed it twice, had an email to say it's done, but I still can't get in
