Please can someone help? I have. Sky go on my iPad and my iPhone, I have. Suddenly lost all BBC channels and the recording tab on my iPad, is this due to changing my broadband provider? I was with sky now I'm with utility warehouse. I have not lost anything on my iPhone, so it makes no sense! I would appreciate any advice.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFirst check that the Watch via Sky Go is ticked in the menu->Settings->Status and the Network connection is OK.
In the Go Sky App tap the cog symbol in the top left and make sure that connect to Sky box is set to on.
