I have been doubled charged for something that wasn't agreed or mentioned when ordering.
plus I had already paid the £10 delivery
also there are two charges for my broadband

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Another month and my bill has been wrongfully billed it's nearly doubled again.

So is this your second bill and if so what does your future bills show ?

This is primarily a forum for customers to help other customers, so you aren’t speaking with Sky Customer Services and they won’t contact you as the result of your post on here, in fact they won’t know who you are from your forum name.
If ou answer the question asked in the previous post to you, if that doesn't answer your query you can call Sky.
