CHARGES

I have been doubled charged for something that wasn't agreed or mentioned when ordering.

 

plus I had already paid the £10 delivery

 

also there are two charges for my broadband 

 

23 Feb – 22 Mar
  • TV£31.00
  • Broadband & Talk £21.69
  • Sky Broadband Superfast 35 £18.00
  • Broadband Hardware Delivery Charge
  • 10 Feb £9.95
  • Broadband Hardware Delivery Charge
  • 10 Feb £9.95
  • Superfast Activation Fee £10.00
  • Superfast Activation Fee £10.00

Your post has been escalated to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of the page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Wrong Bill Amount Again

Another month and my bill has been wrongfully billed it's nearly doubled again.

@MandDoc  If this is your 2nd month as a new customer/renewed contracts then the 1st couple of bills will be higher as explained here Understanding my bills | Sky Help | Sky.com

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@MandDoc  Check your next three future bills and see if any of them are showing the agreed amount if any of them are then billing is almost certainly correct

So is this your second bill and if so what does your future bills show ?
