Broadband

Trying to contact someone about my bill and lm going around in circles.  Looking for an explanation for broadband bill of €114.51 ? When l signed up for 12 months in April at €50. How did it jump in 1 month to €114.51. Can't seem to contact anyone in sky to explain????

The first bills can be higher due to monthly in advance charging and one-off costs.  If future bills are showing at €50 then it's probably correct.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

The first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:
