I need some time to pay my bill , I lost my job due to COVID , I will make some payment now

I need some time to pay bill , I lost job due to COVID and I will make some paymnet now  rest of the money in next few weeks

@sainathreddy  You need to

phone sky ASAP about this  before your payment due date 

 

if your next bill as already been generated and you have a continuous payment method setup sky will take full payment as normal on payment due date 

 

making a payment now will only reduce your next future bill when it's produced 14 days before payment due date

@sainathreddy your post will not elicit a response from sky as this is a customer forum. As @SKY1992bf says you will need to call sky before your services are suspended.
