Broadband down again

M43 - no internet and no TV as I have Sky Glass 😡😡😡.  The TV has been dodgy all week with buffering and pixelation and freezing all the time.  Not good enough for the price of this system!

It looks like Sky's DNS service is down, and helpfully they force the router to use their service. 

If you manually change the DNS settings on each device to Googles service though (Primary 8.8.8.8 / Secondary 8.8.4.4) it should get you up and running again.

Restarted router and nothing 

Seems from forum here looks like a national outage 

Great as TV from sky also runs on the Internet, so got nothing

Same in IG11, but they guy staying above my flat and using sky broadband has connection. Strange!

Just when i was planning to put my night tv on !!!!! I hate sky tv glass !!!!! I cant watch anything as my tv  haha work with broadband haha lovely !!!

Ive changed my dns servers to 8.8.8.8 and browsing has started working again, so it looks like skys dns is down AGAIN.

Looks like it might be U.K. wide. I'm in Essex and have the same problem, I can see other reports from around the U.K. with the same issue.

Mine is exactly the same!!! Has been since about 10.26pm I am in the south west..... went to a slow connection all of a sudden & then voice light orange. I have tried to reset and unplug power plug but no luck.
