Broadband down again

Broadband down here in Chelmsford Essex area.....Same issues all on green lights  but devices saying no WiFi. Been like this for over an hour!

Broadband down in SP10, Hampshire. Weirdly my Alexa device is connected but neither of my phones will connect to WiFi. Lights all green on router, restart didn't help and service checker is down

Mine is still down I've tried everything so frustrating as sky glass TV and now I have nothing

I have the same 3 green lights but voice light orange and Sky Q and my mobile saying connected no Internet.

I would recommend just type into google "how to update DNS on (device name)" and you should get the instructions if you really really want internet on the device you are using.
