Seems like their DNS is down, changed my DNS on my iPad to google (8.8.8.8) and back online.

My hub voice light been amber and now completely turn off no internet 

i hate vodafone cuz of disconnnected then switched to sky is start disconnected as well

Same issue for the last hour. All three green lights are on but no Internet connection, and wont let me run a service check either. Can't even access my recordings on the box. Getting annoying with the service nowadays.

• Yes, I'm in EH4 area and my TV is showing a message saying "no internet connection right now ". Not being technology friendly, Ive tried to contact Sky via my mobile app,  and by calling them - but their whole system seems to be crashed.  You'd think they'd have some sort of back-up so you could actually speak to someone...but no, that would be too much like good customer service !!😡
