I'm in SY21 and mine is also down. Tried unplugging, rebooting etc. nothing. I have a Glass TV so it also means I have no tv too. Sky service checker isn't working either. I have online lessons tomorrow so I'm off to bed in the hope this disaster will be fixed by 9am!

On your phone, laptop, iPad etc. change your DNS setting to 8.8.8.8 this will bypass the issue until they've fixed it. Unfortunately I've tried on my sky glass tv, but there's no option for it on there. But at least you can still get wifi in the mean time.

hi. I haven't connection with wi-fe. Periodicly Internet is only on my phone from 4 devices in the flat. I have tried to check my equipment on link on site, but the link doesn't work.
