I'm in Exeter and all my sky services are down (broadband, glass and app) also cannot sign in as says incorrect password even though it is not.

Sky disconnected

Sky down once again, Basildon area how to even fix when broadband checker out. My lights are green, when I checked no Internet is connected even using a  cable still no good. What am I paying for on sky, when you can't even ring sky  or sort the problem.

Broadband down in Hove

Sky Glass TV went down yet again - very annoying. Supposed to be cutting edge technology but have had nothing but trouble with it - stick to a Sky box if you have one! Settings on tv stated broadband was down when it wasn't. Online Sky advised to reset router. Reset, unplugged router and tv, did everything as directed. The last light on router remained orange, so still no tv and broadband! Very frustrating, all when the cost of Sky keeps going up for a very poor service.

What is annoying is no call lines answering, say technical fault and no mysky app or service status working either.

Internet gone two green lights and one amber voice light nothing since about 10.15 pm what's happene

No internet service  gone two green lights and voice on amber nothing happens when follow intructions to re connect what gone on?

My networks down since 22.30 in Northampton.  Must be all of sky. 

 

The sky network status displays all is good....🤣🤣🤣

Broadband down in DE65

No internet connection and can't run test via website. Has been down for about 20 minutes I think.

Hi. I'm in Birmingham B30 area and my internet went down about 30 mins ago. Reboot of the router has done nothing. Too bad nobody from Sky can tell us what's up!
