Mine came back about 4:30am, seems to have been stable since. I haven't tried the TV yet (stream puck).

Internet went down around 10pm yesterday and dispute resets wouldn't reconnect.  Couldn't get on the sky app to test the connection as sky mobile also seemed to be down.  It still wasn't working at around 2am but is working this morning.  Frustrating.

Our engineers have now resolved this fault, however If you continue to experience issues please complete a power reset on your Sky Broadband Hub. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Internet is still down - DNS - 20/09/23

My internet is still down despite the update saying the issue is resolved. I have reset the route multiple times, including a few minutes ago. The internet light is not on.

 

The issue is DNS, if I change device settings to point to google I have internet connection but cannot change on the router to apply to all devices, has to be done one by one

Broadband not working

The box has all green lights but then the box in the wall has a red light. Not sure what this means ?

Internet outage

Complete internet loss last night. Home broadband and sky mobile. I have sky boost. Should I receive some extra data on my

mobile for this?

Broadband is still down, cannot speak with anyone? Anyone knows what's going on and how to get to support?

But note the specified hours, which seems to rule out the incident last night:

Thanks for that. The internet my outage was well before 11pm last night. Around 10pm ish I think.

What's happening with internet keeps going off and my box kept freezing last night

Internet still down from last night.

All the lights are green.. done power reset about 10 times .. fiddled with cables ... still no connection... customer care is super busy and waiting for them to answer from past 45mins now.
