There was a national outage Lisa, it's fixed now. Do you have green lights on your router, if not reboot it. If yes, then disconnect, reconnect your devices

Mine was down then too and is still down now, restarted the boxes like the service checker says and still nothing

There seems to be two main problems at the moment which is a DNS issue and DSL issue.. I am hoping my DSL issue doesn't involve openreach having to come out as that could take some time.


It was a dns issue at firs from 10:30pm to 1:30am, as changing dns on a few devices worked.

But when it went down on fibre for the second time around 5am,  afte being ok since 1:30am, the dns switch did not work, so sounds like Sky reset the whole nack end network, as only a couple of attempts at repowering the ONT bought it back.

Yes, for me in Gosport and others here it still seems fine..

Network down at 10:30pm on 19 Sep

Suddenly network down start on. 10:30pm. I can't connect to internet until 11:30pm. I am working at 11pm so I need to take no pay leave because no internet! It is so unacceptable!!!

WiFi down for over 3 hrs

Great service sky , seriously considering scraping my already expensive package, you really need to pull your socks up as with cost of living crisis and cheaper packages available out there loyalty to sky isn't working well at the moment

Hi, any idea when the service will be back up working in Barnsley South Yorkshire please? I have emailed and still waiting in the phone queue? Live chat just goes round n round in circles
