TV and internet went dpwn ;ast night. Internet is back on for my PC but my Sky Stream TV comes up with repetitivefixrs which send me in circles

There's no point sky are already aware of the issue everyone's sky has been down since lastnight

@russbartlett @I tried the chat & that's useless May as well just give contact numbers. There's obviously a nationwide problem. There's a lot of people in my area who've commented that their Sky isn't working 😩

Despite it coming back around 1:30 am, it went down again  around 5am.

Tried a few ONT resets. One at 5am and another at 6:45am, that one bought it back.

Working fine at the moment.

Ours also went down at 1035 pm last night all lights green but no internet couldn't get it to connect so gave up and went to bed

My Sky FTTC seemed to go down after I got in from work about 9.45pm last night . As the talk light on my Sky Hub showed orange and all other lights showed green.

I unplugged the Sky Hub and plugged it back in and got Now TV working on the Amazon Firestick but could not use my iPhone or iOad to look at any webpages and my Amazon Echos had no wifi. 
Went to bed just after 11pm and it was still off then.

All seems fine this morning.

Ok.

Have noticed plenty still in Fareham, Havant and Portsmouth still down.

All seems ok for all in Gosport at moment.

Suspect, even though Sky is saying it's fixed, it's taking its time to filter through.

Mine also went down in South Somerset last night, same as other comments, router showing lights on but no service.  Couldn't even check on here for any issues as my mobile is also Sky and when turning off wifi I still had no internet.  I've always recommended Sky as for years it's been brilliant but over the last 12 months there have been repeated problems.  I work from home and need a reliable service so I think it's time to shop around.

Yeah, a few hours ago I  saw someone in Gosport say their Internet was backup, so I was hoping mine would come back in, but it hasn't yet, just a waiting game at the moment i suppose.

 

There seems to be two main problems at the moment which is a DNS issue and DSL issue.. I am hoping my DSL issue doesn't involve openreach having to come out as that could take some time.

Who is going to compensate you ? No one !

 

whilst most of us do use Sky BB to work from home , it's a domestic service and does not offer the service levels  or backup cost of a business  connection ) nor does it incur the same cost.

 

are we entitled to compensation for the occasional domestic outage, I don't know but I'd doubt it.

And people wondered why I didn't opt for Sky Glass/Stream and advised people not to go for either of them.

Putting your eggs in one basket is awful, especially when you pay so much for the pleasure.

No internet at all

Hi since we've been told there is issue with the broadband  we don't have Internet at all. We have tried all the options reset and everything  but still having problems.  Would you be able to help please??
