As captioned. My broadband has been down many times since the start of my contract and this time is the longest it's been out. I have tried everything suggested by your diagnostic help. How do I get my broadband back on please?

mine went off around 10.15 didnt come back on till middle of the night, all working fine the next morning, im from Northern Ireland

Same and no incoming/outgoing calls, worse customer service ever experienced, still unable to speak to someone to review over charges being billed on landline when I pay extra for anytime calls..... ridiculous
