Was the same here in Peterborough. Tried resetting my router twice (three green lights) but no change. So I went to bed. Wonder if Sky will have the courtesy to let us know what happened. Wednesday morning and it's back working (for now).

Thank you to everyone for your responses.

 

Looks like the problem was not isolated to us and overnight its now fixed (I work away from home so had to wait for wife to confirm this morning).

 

On a seperate note, we have to reset our Sky Q router every week since 'upgrading' to superfast broadband. Does anyone else have the same issues?

It was a sky dns issue. Neither my broadband or phone dns worked so neither could browse the web. Odd it took sky so long to fix with all the money they have.

Misssold a terrible broadband service and it’s broken again

Guess what broadband is down again after being misssold a sky glass service that I now find out my sky broadband speeds can't cope with. 10pm last night ML10 postcode and the whole thing just stops. Router working fine but no internet or TV or devices my sky phone 's internet doesn't even work. And neither does the MySky app.    How can they claim to be the best customer service with least complaints on TV ads 😡

Having the same problem it's not connecting to my TV at all it's not connecting up to the actual skybox on the actual TV. Some reason it's working on my phone properly and  on speakerphone but it's not working on my TV.

Did anyone from Sky ever contact you?

 

Our broadband will freeze for 1-20 minutes; can't view tv and phones will die. I reckon this happens every few days, on average.

 

Been with Sky for +20 years, but think service has deteriorated in last few months. Just signed a new contract, so not great.

Internet still down since last night?

Internet went down last night around 10:40pm. Reset hub. Rest everything!!

 

 Assumed in the morning will be on, but it's still down!!!

Anyone know how to report broadband not working to Sky, online?  I.e. via email.

Broadband been down since last night

the help suggested phoning a number which didn’t work?? Why are so many people having this problem? When is it going to be fixed?

Still down in RH19. Have reset my router (pulled out the power lead) several times. My Q router, only has 2 green lights on.

Despite it coming back around 1:30 am, it went down again  around 5am.

Tried a few ONT resets. One at 5am and another at 6:45am, that last one bought it back.

Broadband stopped working last night, now my TV won't connect to broadband

Broadband stopped working last night. Finally reconnected this morning after numerous resetting a d unplugging, but my TV won't connect to the broadband. Even after resetting and unplugging several times!

Still down in PO11. Show 2 green lights and 1 orange light. Router log shows xDSL link down.
