I have found  a fix to get broadband working until its is restored properly as mine is down but is now working with this fix..

Log in to your router by typing 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar of your browser and press enter.

Go to 'Maintanance' - 'Backup Settings'

Under 'Save a copy of current settings' click 'Backup' and save the file to somewhere you'll be able to find it.

Using Notepad ( download this if you don't have it already ) press ctrl+f search for this line;

<IPv6DNSServers>fdee:cbf2:382b:0000:5270:43ff:fe4a:0b60</IPv6DNSServers>

Change this to:          <IPv6DNSServers>2001:4860:4860::8888</IPv6DNSServers>

click save and close notepad

Return to the router page under 'Maintanance' - 'Backup Settings'

'Restore saved settings from a file' - click 'choose file' and select the config you just edited.

Press 'Restore'

The router will reboot and you'll be using Google DNS instead of the stock SKY.

when sky have everything set up and back to normal return back to the sky hub page and click on revert to factory default settings

I am working from home but my Internet is down over 3 and half hours now.

No customer service, the app is under maintenance so no support or whatsoever from Sky at all. This is not even the first occasion within the last few weeks.

Who's going to compensate me? How and when?

@susan+dalgress Mine was down in BN42 post code area, since about  19th 2200
Now 20th 01:31 it now appears to be back
