Broadband back on now in coventry area they must be sorting the problem fast hope your back on asap

Router status says connected but it is down no matter what you do.

@PetebaldwinAnd I just realised this crappy sky router is a good enough reason to switch provider.  It's incredibly limited in the dhcp options, otherwise I could have fixed this for everything in one place.  The best bit is, because there is a route, it seems my Samsung mobile won't connect to data unless I force disable wifi.  Something else to catch people out.

I'm using my ee unlimited Internet on my phone or would be lost without that! Hopefully they sort this out soon but itw dragged on a bit now!!

Hi im in Northumberland its been down for hours since yesterday.

its now 1.10am  on the 20th sept and its still down. 

I wish sky would sort themselves out, because it just seems to be happening more and more woth more problems with their broadband going off. 
I'm actually glad that my mobile phone network is a different company to sky.'

‪Mine is working after this!‬

‪Cant change DNS settings on Sky Routers - have to do it on each device you want to connect. On iphones, go to settings, then wifi & then press on blue "i" next 2 ur wifi connection. Scroll down & you'll see "configure DNS". Change to manual, & press add server - put in 8.8.8.8‬

It's 1.13 am here in Essex an internet as been off over 3 hours it's ridiculous because it's saying there is no problem in my area you can't do the system check says it's not working

Still not working for me in Cambridge, UK.

Reset router most recently at 01:00am and orange light on voice which means there is still a problem at Sky's end

My sky broadband has been down since 10pm. According to outage checker Sky is aware.
