Broadband disconnected??

Its the DNS server - if you change your device to the google public DNS temporarily it will work.

Set your primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4.

To do this search the net for details on what to do for whatever device you need to do it on.

My broadband is down as well, it is really annoying as I was in the middle of relaxing and watching a film. Interestingly, I bet as customers we won't get a loss of service refund from Sky!  😡😡😡

Maidstone town centre NO broadband!! All lights green apart from voice is orange?? Yet still nothing..... What the hell is going on??

Sky broadband has gone down, 3 lights green voice orange, has been working intermittently and now down completely.

I have reset mine but got green orange green and no voice light at all. Not ideal

Same in Hayes, UB4. The WiFi dropped around 10.30 for me too.

Judging by the number of replies all over the country that this is clearly a major outage.

We have FTTP, my dad's careline is giving out audible alerts saying that he is disconnected - he just happens to be in hospital at the moment!
