Wasn't terribly impressed by the Sky Hub 'Connection Diagnosis'.

this told me my connection has dropped - duh!

then gave me the choice of 3 pictures to try and fix the issue. All 3 have a pic of the phone socket... whereas I'm on Fibre.

Please update this when you fix broadband!

I'm in Chessington Surrey/South West London and mine is not working either! Strange the service checker is not working on the website either.... very frustrating

My Broadbands down as well!!! For the fourth time since I've had it!! Never once had a problem with BT. I can hand on heart say it's the worst Service Provider on the planet. Even the Service Checker is down and saying please try later. What an utter sham and breach of contract. Back to BT SO32 2 NF

Hi my board band is down in Portsmouth area got three green lights amd one orange,tried everything I can but keeps doing the same

Broadband suddenly went down at 2230 here in PO9. Router was showing all green but Glass stopped working and phones werent connected via broadband. Reset now no interent light and voice orange
