Box sets

Any ideas why I don't seem able to access all the box sets? For some it says I need to upgrade my subscription but I thought box sets were included now. Thanks

hi @JDH49 

 

I think you are probably experiencing a problem that many new users seem to get.

The default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD so when you try to download and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

You don't need to upgrade.

You just need to change your download preference to SD

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

I am having the same issue. Keep getting a message telling me to upgrade when trying to access box sets even though im

already paying for these in my package. Have tried changing definition. Also contact sky who done some reset yesterday but still no joy. Any help would be appreciated
