Box Office

Grandson ordered a programme for£14.95 before I could stop him. I cancelled the download while in progress but was messaged that I will still be billed. What can be done about this situation

Nothing here, I'm afraid. You could try speaking directly to Sky, but they may not be willing to refund it.
