Hey my account has been restricted, I do not have any internet atm and I desperately need

Hey my account has been restricted because of late payment and my internet is essential. My partner works from home and is now facing serious trouble because she has no access to work atm. I can pay my outstanding balance on the next payment day but I'm asking if I can have my internet restored until then please and I will pay it all when I have money on the 5th

@Andyboy141  If you have an O/S balance then Sky won't normally reinstate service until the balance is paind in full & a new payment method setup, regardless of whether you work from home Sky expect payment for their services and if none forthcoming will restrict your services.  You can call Sky to explain your situation before calling you need to either call froma number not linked to your account ot prefix the number with 141.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Andyboy141  You could try contacting and registering with Sky accessibility to see if they can help

I don't think you will get anything restored before paying I'm afraid. It's a bit late but it's always better to try and sort this before the payment is due. Going forward, it might be worth asking your partners place of work if they are willing to pay towards the Broadband if they require her to work from home? Not sure how it works really as Sky Broadband is for domestic use.
