Unfortunately the online guide I found only says the heading not the options
If you look on your TV for Settings then Select Display & Sound then Audio Output and let us know what options you get

The setting as show should allow sound from your TV to be played via your sound system but would only be in stereo,
if you select the Digital Audio Out - do you get aanother option which may be bitstream or something similar ?
If you can select bitstream then when you should get surround sound via your blu ray audio system when using apps .

On your Panasonic make sure HDMI control (I think it's called Viera-link) is also swiched on then you should get sound. ARC connections require both devices to have CEC (HDMI control) on for it to work correctly.

Can you confirm that your blu ray sound system is plugged into HDMI port 3 that supports ARC
Unfortunately the only manual I can find for your blu ray sound system is a mini get you started guide so I have no idea what settings you can make on it
Look at what settings you have on it and if necessary post images here for us e to guide.
I have found your manual
Are your TV settings still the same as you posted i.e. Speakers - Audio System & Digital Audio Out PCM ?
What is your current setting on your TV for Home Theatre control & what are all the options (is it just on & off ?)
Can you also confirm how you select the different sources on your blu ray sound system ?
Can you confirm you select ARC on your blu ray sound system when trying to listen to your TV
BTW according to your manual the HDMI CEC control is set to on so you shouldn't need to worry over that

As I mentioned I have now managed to find your blu-ray manual online
Hopefully you will have seen my previous post re checking your TV settings and confirmation that the HDMI is in the correct socket (HDMI 3) on your TV
