Extra sky q box

We have got sky q and were given 2 boxes but asked for 4 as we were told we could have up to 4 . With my husband been poorly and spending more time to in bed I would like another box could you please advise me how I go about getting it . Many thanks

Sky will supply one main Q box and up to four Mini boxes at a subscription address, but only two of those Minis can be in use simultaneously.  There's an up-front charge for every Mini after the first one (typically £49 to £99), but the same Multiscreen subscription covers them all at no additional monthly cost.  If they are in stock, you may be able to order from the My Account section on the main Q box, otherwise you'll probably need to phone.
