Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Candplum not a lot to go on but if your surround system has a HDMI socket try to connect it to the HDMI on your TV marked as ARC or eARC. The Q box connects to any other HDMI - you will need to set the TV to output sound over the Audio Return Channel which what ARC stands for.
If you postvsome details of the sound system like make and model and ideally a picture of its connections members maybe able to give better advice.

Many such systems, which are now essentially obsolete, used SCART as well as (or instead of) HDMI which does complicate things now TVs don't have that 45-year-old connection any more. As @Chrisee indicates, it would be useful for us to know the make and model number: sometimes there are workarounds using RCA-audio links.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morehi @Candplum hopefully your Bravia TV supports ARC but it is difficult to tell from the images.
Your bluray player surround system does fortunately support ARC
Can you tell us the model of your Bravia so we can look up the specs & connections.
If your TV does support ARC you need to connect SKY direct to your TV but NOT the ARC connection.
If it is a new Smart TV then it is very likely to support ARC - unfortunately I can't tell from the image as I say
the ARC connection on your TV should be connected to the HDMI on your Blu-ray player.
Can I ask what is connected to the optical input on your blu-ray player ?
EDIT : SKY hdmi should not be connected to the hdmi on your blu-ray player

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morehi @Candplum using the optical should be fine
From what I can tell your blu-ray / sound system should support Dolby Digital so, on SKY goto :
Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual
Then
Set Digital audio output optical to Dolby Digital
Then select that input on your Panasonic & see if you get any sound
(The instructions for your Panasonic seem rather basic so not sure how you select the optical input)

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Candplum it would help us if you can tell the specific model number of your TV
As you have a SMart TV then you can probably get good quality sound from your blu ray / sound system from any apps you use on your TV

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThanks - According to the manual the ARC HDMI input is HDM3 as @bob1234 mentioned
So connect the HDMI from your Bluray Sound system to HDMI 3 on your TV
It may take me a little time to see I can advise any settings on your TV to get the most from it
