Billing increase

My bill has increase to a discussing amount and I can contact sky to understand why

@Victoria-21  Unless your account is restricted Sky are reachable via phone you just need to stay on the line as long as you can ignore the message and don't hang up when asked to do so best time's to call are around 7am and 9pm

 

the increase is probably due to a minimum term discount expired and you now paying full list price 

 

you would have been informed when signing up when this discount would expire so it shouldn't be unexpected 

 

you will need to contact Sky and negotiate a new minimum term for a lower price

@Victoria-21  If your account hasn't been restricted there is nothing stopping you from calling Sky, you should be aware that if your bill has increased it could be because of discounts ended, the discounts you areed to are only for  a set period you can try this link if you wish to discuss your options https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'm guessing a discount period has ended or your minimum term contract - contact Sky to either cancel or renegotiate.
