Router charge!

I have been charged £50 for failing to return old router when I did indeed return it and have a Royal Mail tracking number! I've tried to phone sky and keep getting put through to different departments or given different numbers to "try" I want a refund.

@Mrsmeredo  I've escalated your post to sky who may be in contact via private community message or email both of which will invite you to a private chat
