Billing credit

I spoke with a sky billing expert 2 hours agoabout a credit they had promised me on my September bill that has not appeared. They apologised and said it would now appear on the October bill. How long does it take for the credit to show on your future bills.

@rat1602  it almost certainly won't appear straight away I would give at least 72 hours

If your October bill has already been created then the credit will not appear on it but should be via your account and will be used on the November bill.
