Replacement viewing card never arrived after 8 attempts!!

Can I just say I thought I was losing my mind!! My viewing card came up not authorised after an order of Sky Q didn't go ahead. Phoned sky 8 times and they kept saying they had posted new card out. They didn't!! Even accused me of keeping viewing cards. I was told to check post office which I did several times. If it wasn't for an employee called Fraser who is Scottish so he knows who he is, I was cancelling my whole sky service. I have been with sky for 20 years and I have never been treated so badly. Still don't have a new card but Fraser paired box with an old card from another box. How hard is it to post out a new card!! This has been horrendous!!! Would not wish this upon my worst enemy!!! This has been going on from 28th August!! I had no service since then!!! Nightmare isn't even the word!!!

Unless your post is picked up for escalation I would use the link posted to raise a complaint.

Can you now access the channels after he paired this old card ?

Yes, thankfully I can now access all my sky channels now!
