Bill

My bill is 510 pound how can I get it down I lost my job in lock down and just got a new one thanks

If your services have not been suspended then call Sky to see if they will offer you a discount and if you do you will probably have to agree to a new contract.

 

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

It has been speneened  am up the wall with it all and I had been with sky for 12 years

@Lisa+car  Then unfortunately unless you can get through via a number not linked to your account or by putting 141 before Sky's number 

 

then all you can do is either pay the bill in full or all bar £25 (which will be added to the next bill) either way you will also need to setup a new continuous payment method before you can speak to sky 

 

you could also try registering with Sky accessibility to see if they can help in any way

I know it is easy to say but try not to worry about it, as @SKY1992bf  has said try putting 141 before your number or using  something like a mobile where Sky will not recognise it is you that is calling.
