Rebooking visit

I had an appointment for an engineer to come and fit a satellite dish at my 2nd property, he attended but couldn't do it as a tree was in the way. So he postponed it and said to contact again once done. Trying to and have texted back to sky saying all is ready now but no response. Gone into my account and says no order!

@karenkelsey  You will need to call Sky to book  a new appointment I'm afraid.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:

https://www.sky.com/help

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

  • I am sure he meant you should rebook the job once you were ready?
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
