I need to discuss my bill and can't get past the automated payment line

If you're being diverted to the payment line, it's because your bill is overdue. You could try calling from a number not associated with your Sky account,  or prefixing Sky's number with 141 to hide your caller id.

  • The best course of action is to pay the bill in full and reinstate a continuous payment method and then when your services are restored call Sky to resolve it all.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
