Extra charges

Our next bill due beginning of June has extra charges of £63.50 with no explanation as all previous bills have been paid in full. How do I find out where these charges have come from as they are not answering the phone?

@MariaCol  The extra charges should be in blue if they are clicking on it should reveal a breakdown of what they are

It says it's a debit adjustment from April but the bill was paid as have all bills.

@MariaCol  as this is a customer helps customer forum we can't see your bill so you will need to phone sky directly if you wish to seek future clarification
