new sky box

Hi its Denise

i am just letting you know would it be possible for me to get a new sky box because mine is old and is running slow. When my grandchildren come they have to take electronics to the hub they have to go into the hallway to connect to the wifi. It is not the electronics because at my daughters they can do it streight away for them to come on. Every time i ring they say to me it is running fine but to me it is not all i am asking is for a new box if you cannot come to an arrangement with me i will take my custom elsewhere.

Hi @kim+brindle You are conversing with fellow Sky customers here not Sky Customer Services. Sky will not get back to you via email. You don't say if this is a Sky + box,  Sky Q box or the Sky broadband you are saying is slow?

By posting this (originally) in the email forum you are not emailing Sky support but posting on an open forum. If you want a new Sky box (which will be a Sky Q one) then you will need to phone Sky.

 

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.
