Bill credit

Just a quick question, if I have credit on my bill does that mean that I don't owe any money if that makes sense

Then you have £10.34 credit and that will be used to part pay your next bill.

It does mean you don't owe any money if the credit is enough to pay the bill in full. So if your bill is £50 and the credit is £50 then the credit will be used to pay it. If there is more credit than what your bill is then the remaining credit will be used on the following months bill. If the credit isn't enough to pay the bill then while it will still be used against it you would have to pay the rest of it via your usual method.
