my direct debit payment failed. I made the payment via different bank card and the money is already deducted from new bank. But i'm getting the message that payment failed from the old bank again and again. And my bill is not cleared yet. Can't understand whats going on

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen a direct debit payment fails Sky will try again 10 days later hence the repeated messages you are receiving. You might need to call Sky about this and explain it to them to see what they say.
