I have the new software number but clock hasn't changed still wrong time???

Calm down everyone. Back to normal - I di a manual reset as I turn the box off overnight to save power.
The good news is that all the repeated on a loop crap documentarys etc are now showing at the correct time.
Roll on the return of Homocide Hunter again.

What number do you have @barbara1992 as the Model Number should be R024.092.10.00P, this can be found via Services (On your remote) Settings > System Details.

I know your trying to help! But I'm not stupid, I did check the time and new number before I wasted my time writing the post. I will have to change it manually to which I have the link on how to do so. I thank you for your concern over my ability to tell the time. Please don't waste anymore of yours.

If you mean manually change the time on the Sky box clock, I don't know of any way you can do that.

I meant no offense but yours is the first post I have seen who has had the new software installed but still had the wrong time so all I wanted to do was to double check that the time was still incorrect so as it is you could try a planner rebuild which can be found vIa the Help button on your Sky remote then Planner rebuld. This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.

Hope someone can help. It's now Friday and my box has still not changed the time. I've checked the model number and its a 08.00p not the 10.00p.

You will need to force a manual software update (takes 10 minutes), follow instructions here...
