Wise observation, when the Titanic hit that iceberg, it had never sunk before...

Read the 2 large existing threads and you will see Sky is aware of the issue.

I never watch live TV, only things that I've recorded to watch when I have downtime. Since the hour change the end parts of my recordings are missing!
This is very annoying I cannot see any bright side to this.
My recordings are set to automatic for time added at the start and end of programmes just as it's always been.

Could someone please explain to.me how Android Sky + app is showing the correct time?

Just a wild guess, but as your phone uses Android as it's operating software, and your Sky box doesn't, and seeing as it's a software issue, I would go with that! 😁

When SKY say "some users" are affected by the time change, I bet it's ALL users with a SKY HD PLUS box.
Whoever is responsible for this huge error should consider their position. We are all paying for this sub-standard service.

Because sky want you to upgrade to sky q and sky glass where it happened automatically.
Wants you to think your old sky hd plus box is outdated so pay more.

Better upgrade quick to sky q and sky glass.
Shocking attempt to get us all to upgrade.
01 Nov 2021 06:38 PM
Not a error. Blatant attempt to get us to pay more for q and glass.
I'm sure I can cope minusing 1 hour.
Don't matter anyway this bold and disgusting attempt has made me cancel today.

Yes, that's right, it's all one big conspiracy. Sky have organised the introduction of a wonky clock to make you pay more, hilarious buddy, just hilarious. You do realsie the earth is a globe, or are you still convinced it's flat 🤣

It's affecting all users with a DRX890 or DRX895 box. Doesn't affect the multiroom or older Samsung boxes.
So not all Sky+HD users are affected.

I'm thinking of hiring a bus. We can all travel to Scotland and glue ourselves to the M8 at the exit to Sky HQ in Livingston! We'll make the BBC Seven O'clock News and our desperate plight will get the publicity it deserves!

Of all the jokes on here (including conspiracy theories).. the real joke is it's going to take til Thursday to fix? Maybe if they hadn't restructured and reduced Change and technology teams for the umpteenth time, the relevant checks and testing would have identified the problem beforehand.
very disappointed in the delay to resolution... clearly not being treated as a priority

A software engineer friend of mine once told me that companies like Sky don't employ very good software engineers because they don't pay enough. I think this debacle supports his assertion!
