clock time still wrong Monday 1/11/21

Just switch on our t.v monday 5.30 a.m clock has not " reset " have read somewhere that it could be thursday the 4th before it's fixed ? never had this problem before in all the 20 + years of being with sky.

Just logged into my " sky go page " watching the news and it's showing the correct time - just for peoples info .

Well I guess Sky are going to be pretty busy at 9.00am on Monday 1st November then.

There was no issue with Sky Go @t.nugent , just certain models of Sky+ boxes.

And the time is still incorrect by an hour in front over 24 hours later!! 

Surely a quick simple fix for sky's tech software department considering best changes twice a year and has done for years!!

Come on Sky,,your not new providers to the consumer market,,your looking very incompetent and laughable now.

Please sort it you've had me checking if I've gone a little mad and got it wrong...even if I am a little mad 😂

Still showing wrong timr!!! When will it be fixed? Been with sky 30 years to

My box is still showing the wrong time so Sky haven't managed to resolve the problem overnight as we hoped.

However, despite the wrong time being shown, my recordings from last night recorded correctly as they would have done with the correct time being shown.

Just switched on tv this morning and clock still not on correct time really annoying ! Anyone else still having the same problem ?  SKY when is going to be sorted out ??

@Nellyfelatio I doubt very much you'll be compensated for a clock being wrong. Sky have already said this will possibly take until Thursday to fix.

24hours no clock change.......re in forced my decision to get rid of all three sky boxes and sky altogether. Sky glass ....really...where everone else has an app.....totally behind the times.......sky are going the same way as kodak.......

Strangely, never been particualarly aware of the 2 areas of digital clocks on screen, that now are showing an hour forward, until yesterday. Perhaps as it's always been in synch with my most often used clock alongside the tv.  Spent around 20 minutes trying to work out where to change the clock through services. Sky help prompted me online,  so came here instead.

Understand Sky may not be able to rectify before Thursday?

Happily settle for one of Sky's Q boxes (even Sky Glass) - seemingly unaffected by this glitch instead; save them the bother : )
