Absolute joke sky q & glass not affected I tried to resolve the clock issue this morning I tried numerous things including doing a reset on my box so lost all my recorded programmes I've been away all day and it still hasn't been resolved the amount we pay and the length of time most of us have been customers this isn't affecting everyone as you have already told us and all these hours later and it's still not fixed 🤔🤔🤔🙄

It's also means the SKY TV Guide is showing an hour ahead and therefore cannot actually see what is on each chanel, this will also mean all pre set recording on planner will be wrong too

Time may be wrong but this does not effect sky planner videotaping. Just checked my doctor who taped ok.

My time didn't change automatically on my box when the clocks went back. Now my times wrong so it's not recording at the right time.

it's 19.35pm and yet my Sky+ time still showing 20.35pm???

What is happening I rang Sky - the customer services person tried to sell me new equipment. Fed up.

it is now 7.38pm and my sky box time still has not changed, my sky box reads 8.38 pm , if it has worked all years previous then no reason why it should not have changed this time, I have things ready to record which will all be messed up now

It is not limited to the wrong time shown in the corner, because Strictly Come Dancing has started an hour early on my TV.  It just had Gregory Porter sing but it is only 7.40pm, so the TV programme -supposedly Live TV- is running an hour earlier matching the later time on the corner clock!

No they will not be messed up, @GINADAMBROSIE . So if you have a recording set for 9pm tonight, your box will show it as 10pm but the recording will start at 9pm - this has been proven to no affect recording already throughout the day.
