If I paid peanuts , I'd expect monkeys to try to sort the problem - but I DON'T, I pay over £50 a month - already fed up with all the repeats, 'reality' progs which are made for the brainless, and, unless I pay another £18 a month I'm stuck with 70/80 year old films or the crass, straight to tv rubbish. Not really sure, after writing this, WHY I'm with Sky at all, I bet I could get the same garbage on Freeview

Hello
What is worse is I see on the Sky TV guide that the BBC Six O'clock News has been moved to seven!! This is outrageous!😂 They should rename it the Seven O'clock News!! I've been a licence payer for 78 years!🤣

I've tried rebooting many times but programmes are still 1 hour ahead.

Sky - are we going to get any info when this is going to be resolved? Switching box off and on makes no difference. Please don't leave us paying customers in limbo with no updates.

They have said it will be fixed by Thursday. That is now the accepted answer.

I know it's tough, there being 37 pages of responses to this, but it is absolutely littered in 'updates' if you bother to read some. If you think someone from sky is going to reply just because someone new hops on here, well, 😂

Sky have posted multiple times on this thread to confirm they're aware of it and that a fix is due to me in place by Thursday.
It's also on their status page and Twitter account.

It's going to be sorted on Thursday, because that's the earliest time NASA can supply the rocket scientist needed to reset the time!

@g+wotherspoon Knowing this money grabbing lot, nothing would surprise me.

@Sam-R ... Perhaps improving Customer Service would be a much better way of keeping your customers happy. We ALL pay a massive amount to Sky each month and you tell us that a simple thing like updating the time on your systems, as you do every year, cannot be done by thursday ~ No doubt Sky will be giving everyone involved a £ 10 deduction from their next bill for the dreadful inconvienence .
Looking forward to your agreement.
