After this PR disaster, I saw my Sky + box going into an update at 02:10 am on Thursday morning.

It does "seem" to be ok now, but not counting my chickens.

No one has explained why this clock change is different, to ALL the previous changes.

Someone, somewhere within Sky should be hanging their head in shame!🐲

I wonder how an explanation would  be helpful. There was a minor fault, which affected little of the boxes' functionality. Nevertheless Sky identified the source, found a solution and implemented it very quickly.

What do you mean by a,'PR disaster'?? Now, Gerald Ratner saying the products he sold were crap, now that was a PR disaster resulting in the destruction of his company. This wonky clock was nothing! All the folk that it effected, and threatened to tear up their contacts, will quietly go on as normal now it's fixed - Sky has lost nothing.  It was a very minor c*ck up, no one got hurt, it wasn't life threateneing, it certainly was not a PR disaster!

My birthday and Christmas has come at the same time thanks to sky. Firstly the clock is now showing the correct time so I'm getting to places on time again and then I found out I've been allocated two free cinema tickets for this month!! Truly there is no end to the generosity of the people from sky 😁🕺
