Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

The Strictly results show isn't 'Live TV,' it's prerecorded on Saturday just after the main show.

Hamish, who works in the IT department of Sky HQ in Livingstone, is back in office at 9.00 tomorrow. He'll fix it then after he's had a coffee.

From the status page:

We are aware that some customers with Sky+ boxes are seeing British Summer Time shown in the Sky Guide menu following the seasonal clock change. We are investigating this and should be resolved by Thursday 4th November. We have verified that the impact appears limited to the wrong time being shown in the clock. Watching live TV, recordings, and downloading and playing Video On Demand are working correctly. Sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

Should you not treat all your customers fairly not just sky Q and sky glass - sure there is regulation in place to that effect

Hi apologies .. but had there been any updates or process on the incorrect time on sky + boxes

The concensus is that this is a dreadful incident, and interpol are looking into it. Worldwide forces are at foot, holding Sky to ransome by making their clock appear one hour out. Sky will be recouping the cost of this disater by charging every customer at least £30/month which to be fair, most are already paying. So, the advice is, just go and make a cup of tea, and hold hands with each other till this terrible incident runs its course...

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

It shouldn't take 4 days to rectify this. Looks like a ploy to force us to Q or Glass
