You can't fix it @Jooles53 only Sky can but it shouldn't be an issue as your recordings will still start at the correct time.

Just worked out a real simple way that even you should be able to understand - flick to BBC on FreeView, and you'll see it's the same as being broadcast on Sky, I really cannot make it any easier, and goodness knows how other poisters have been so patient with you...🤣

I'm with @PeterConlon on this. It is 5:30 right now here in the UK. On my Sky box the time says 6;30 and the BBC 6 o'clock news has finished.

Yes, just been annaounced, it will be fixed at 19.37 (then just subtract an hour)

My sky hd box has not changed time clock and no the live programmes are not running ok, I'm watching an hour ahead, please sort it, or is it a plan to try to get us to upgrade?

I think we're simply saying that it's not just the clock display which is wrong. The programmes are also running an hour early, I.e. the 6 o'clock news was on an hour early, I.e. at 5pm.
