It's clearly not 100% operational. The mating game with David Attenburgh is on at the moment. It's meant to be on at 5pm and its now 4.35pm.  So the 6 oclock newswill be on at 5 oclock. Blame Macron. I never liked scallops anyway, especially french ones.

LOL Look, go back a few posts - the ONLY thing incorrect is the time displayred - everything works perfectly at the correct time... geeze, what would happen if there was something seriously wrong, no wonder social media is littered with nutters if this kind of non issue gets folk so upset...

The Mating Game started at 4pm and the news follows at 5pm so the program and the news that follows will be on at the right time. If using your EPG you need to take an hour off the shown time.

All programmes are on an hour early. The 6pm news is on at 5pm. How is that correct? Its not just the clock thats wrong is it?

The programs are not on an hour early they are on at the right time. There is a fault with the time being shown on the boxes, have a look at Digiguide here then you will see these programs are on at the right time:

As I said, you have to take an hour of the time shown via your box until this issue is fixed by Sky.

Obviously you're getting a bit confused here. If the 6oclock news ,which has been on at 6 oclock for about 30 years, is on at 5 oclock how can that be right? Do you not think it should be on at 6 oclock maybe? The clue is i n the programme name. " the 6 oclock news"

It's very annoying, and it's not right when we're paying for a service that we aren't receiving correctly. However, the programmes are on at the right time. The clock is still an hour ahead, so for example Angela Black looks like it will play at 10pm, however it will play at 9pm our time. It's a bit of a mind boggle, but for now we have to mentally take an hour off the time it says for everything. I almost lost everything trying to rest it first thing this morning, so don't do that, it makes no difference. Hang fire and hopefully SkY will sort it. They have to.

Except this news is called the "BBC News" not the "6pm BBC News" as it isn't always on at 6pm on a Sunday so no it is not me getting confused, look at your TV Guide to see what it is called.

@PeterConlon Except it's not the "6 o'clock news" tonight, it's just "BBC News" , presumably because it's on at 5pm. Tomorrow, however, the "6 o'clock news" is showing as 7pm because the clock is out by an hour.

That's just the title of the programme, not the content, obviously. You'll get the current news whether you watch at 5 o'clock or 6 o'clock or any other o'clock

It's after 5 and my sky box still showing old time! Help! Never happened before.. how do I fix it??
